Fees, Deadlines & Registration Information
General Registration Policies
Registrations are recorded on a first-come, first-serve basis as determined by the timestamp of your online registration. Should we reach capacity, we will open up a waitlist and schools on the waitlist will be offered spots as they become available.
If you are looking to register as an individual and are not affiliated with an established Model UN club at your university, please email email@example.com for additional information.
Fees are split up into two portions: a delegation fee paid once, and a delegate fee paid for each delegate registered.
The delegation fee must be postmarked by the indicated deadlines in order for registration to be complete. Schools that do not pay the delegation fee by the deadline indicated below may forfeit their spot at BUCS. Schools on the waitlist are not required to pay the delegation fee until they are offered a spot at the conference.

In addition to the deadlines outlined above, delegation fees are due within 30 days of registration and are nonrefundable. Schools registering before December 20, 2016 must send their delegate fees and within 60 days of registration. The deadline for delegation and delegate fees for schools registering after this date is February 20, 2017. Delegate fees are refundable up until January 20, 2017, after which fees will be nonrefundable.
